Residents of Akungba Akoko, the host community of Ondo-owned university, Adekunle Ajasin University, have stormed the highway to protest the epileptic power supply in the community.
As the Nation celebrates Workers' Day today, the protesters trooped out in their numbers to demand that the Akungba Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) should give them Prepaid Meters.
According to them, Akungba BEDC has allegedly duped them of their thousands without giving them electricity.
