The management of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), has announced May 12, 2023, as the deadline for the registration and submission of files for admitted students for the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 academic sessions.
In a statement signed by the Principal Assistant Registrar/Students Affairs Officer, Charlz Olusa, the management expressed concern over the low turnout of students' submission of files.
He maintained that without the submission of these files, students would not be considered bonafide members of the institution and would have difficulty in processing their final clearance which might also delay their NYSC mobilization process.
Meanwhile, the statistics of students who have submitted their files to the Student Affairs Division were released, faculty by faculty.
Heads of Faculties and Departments were notified to ensure that students within their jurisdiction submit their files to the Students Affairs Division within the stipulated period.
