Mr. LEKAN OTUFODUNRIN had to travel down from Abeokuta to Lagos just to ensure he watch us- Representative of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba-Akoko perform in his Quiz Competition.
The LEKAN OTUFODUNRIN MASS COMMUNICATION QUIZ COMPETITION is currently going on which involves not less than 15 Departments Natiowide. I and Adebayo Toluwalope Represented AAUA and Idowu Ridwan David As our amazing audience.
At the end of the preliminary stage, top three schools with the highest score will be picked for the Grand finale.
Mr. Otufodunrin until his resignation was the Online Managing Editor of THE NATION NEWSPAPER and Editor of Special Publications.
He is currently the Director of Media Career (Development) Services. The center deals with Research, Mentoring, Consultancy, Resource Center and other Media Related opportunities.
The Quiz master had said AAUA is star-studded - full of Stars. And of course, who are we not to claim it.
Although oga drove in late from Abeokuta where he had gone to Tutor at the NUCJ annual Convention, to Lagos but he had so wanted to see the representatives who came from AAUA.
On regularly basis, I've chatted and interacted with Mr. Lekan online. And last Friday was my first time of setting my eye on him physically, after years of following his works.
Oga presented us with two books each and gave different media books to the Mass Communication Department which we represented.
I was just noticing oga has this facial expression that never too over serious despite several busy schedule -All Hail The Boss.
While interacting, oga was so inquisitive about the fee saga in AAUA and the next line of actions and what the government is saying. Of course, I gave it out to him in details.
All Hail The Boss who never stop impacting young lads like us and also putting a standard to Media job.
