The Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics), Professor Francis Gbore of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba-Akoko has said that students should disregard the circular currently going on resumption that the Senate is yet to meet.
The DVC spoke exclusively to ECHO MEDIA in a telephone conversation saying the circular is not true and the Senate is yet to decide on resumption.
While reacting to the circular, DVC said "I'm not sure because the Senate has not met. Only Senate can decide resumption date."
He added that the "Senate is meeting today."
The DVC further asked students to disregard the circular saying it is not true.
Meanwhile, a fake circular has been spreading round the Social Media stipulating June 6 as resumption.
