Submission of school files and signing of bio-data are mandatory registration exercises necessary for the collection of data of newly admitted students. For students' bio-data to be signed by appropriate officers and files to be submitted to right offices, the payment of schools is required. Hence no payment, no registration.

However, it has been discovered that students who pay for their tuition fees early don't submit as early as expected. Here are categories of students that can be found guilty of this.
