The Adekunle Ajasin University Students' Union has announced the launch of its programme on the varsity radio station, AAUA 99.3 FM.
This was announced in a circular signed by the Student Union Government President, Comrade Oluwasegun Obagunwa today.
The programme tagged "The Students' and the Union" will be aired every Tuesday at 2:30 pm.
According to Obagunwa, the program is set to promote the dealings of the union and her students on air.
He further stated that it would provide the opportunity for students and the union to talk about important issues arising.
It reads, "The programme is designed primarily for the students and the union just as the name implies; THE STUDENTS' AND THE UNION.
"It is going to be a programme analyzing and discussing issues concerning students and their interests, matters arising in and out of campus, and union activities.
"We shall see to the invitation of distinguished Union leaders, special guests in special fields and areas. Issues concerning academic, electricity, transportation, accommodation, health, etc. shall be discussed on the program. As goes on, students shall be permitted to air their views too.
He urged students to "keep listening to AAUA RADIO(90.3fm) as salient issues would be discussed about their welfarism."
