9:54am: The Vice Chancellor procession entered.
9:57 am-National Anthem and School anthem.
9:58am- The Vice Chancellor declared the ceremony opened.
9:59am- Dean of Agriculture presented their students but none was present.
10:00am- Dean of Law presented their matriculating students
- Dean faculty of Science presented their students
-Dean of Social and Management sciences presented their students.
10:01am- The Acting Registrar read the matriculation oath to the students.
